The Brighton and Hove pubs offering takeaway and delivery during Coronavirus
UPDATED: 27th May 2020
We can’t really believe 2 months have flown by, for a lot of us no doubt in a furloughed blur of “Is it Wednesday or Friday today?”
We’re no closer to knowing the length of time our pubs will be forced to remain closed or whether any kind of social distancing will work as they phase their reopening in the coming months.
Breweries have quickly shifted their models to offer home deliveries if they didn’t before, and a few pubs also have seized the initiative to offer takeaway and delivery options of food and beer, not only keep you in good spirits during self isolation, but to help maintain cashflow at this tricky time.
So please lend your support to your local and avoid a trip to a supermarket cue where the beer options will inevitably be crap anyway. 😛
Here, we’ve provided a run-down of a few we’ve discovered that are offering delivery, takeaway or both. If you know of more pubs that should be on our list, we’d love to list it here. Please contact us with details and links at … brightonbeerblog@gmail.com
